During my short visit, everything about the hotel was exceptional. The location next to Central Park allowed for leisurely walks and beautiful views. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. The service was top-notch, from the friendly staff to the attentive butler service. Breakfast offered a variety of delicious options. I also appreciated the convenient location, with easy access to a local coffee shop and close proximity to the theatre district.
One downside was that the guest rooms didn't feel particularly luxurious or fresh, lacking the same level of luxury as other St Regis hotels around the world.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in a fantastic location. The staff were prompt and efficient, with special shoutouts to OMvic and her colleague, as well as H the concierge for their excellent service. The hotel facilities were great, with an elegant breakfast room and attentive waiters. The cleanliness of the rooms was perfect, and the comfortable beds ensured a great night's sleep. The hotel's proximity to the theatre district and other attractions in midtown made it convenient for exploring the city.

Located in midtown Manhattan, this hotel is close to pretty much everything. It is surrounded by Michelin Starred restaurants nearby and is right off 5th Avenue. The rooms are large and beautifully furnished, providing a luxurious experience. The staff offers exceptional service, ensuring that guests have a memorable stay. Additionally, the hotel offers a delicious breakfast and stunning views of Central Park.
The elevators are small and slow.
